On staff, Garwood's has three gemologists educated through the Gemological Institute of America (GIA) and two bench jewelers.

All repair work is done in house using a variety of specialized tools, including a laser welder.

We always document what you are leaving with us and give you a claim number for all repair work. Most repairs take seven to 10 days for completion.
